Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy and vision for MoviePass, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Define and track key performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform product roadmap.
Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
An Exceptional Candidate Will Have
A deep passion for movies and entertainment, with a thorough understanding of the industry.
Extensive product management experience, ideally in a subscription-based business or entertainment technology.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-driven Decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
A track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in both legacy web2 and web3
Experience in tokenization and blockchain
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong background in user experience design and customer insights.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in entertainment and media.
Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical concepts.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
