About the role:
Flossy is seeking a new member to join our sales team and expand the dentist side of our marketplace! We’re looking for a qualified account executive to own the full sales funnel: from identifying dental office prospects through diligent analysis and outreach, to gaining the commitment of the decision maker/owner to join the Flossy network. This team member is integral to the launch of new markets, and will work closely with the provider success team to facilitate a smooth transition to the network.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Research, qualify and close dental office prospects, which includes product demonstration and contract negotiation
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM, cold calling/emailing, and in-market visits to generate new opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision makers (office managers, dentists, owners) through persistent engagement and follow-up
  • Report to management with weekly, monthly and quarterly results

Who you are:

  • We are looking for individuals who want to work in a fast-moving, team environment and grow rapidly in their careers
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
  • Experience owning the sales funnel, end-to-end and selling across multiple states or geographies
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving typical of an early stage startup
  • A natural process orientation and structured approach
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Experience in Dental is preferred
