Pickleball Concierge

We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and hospitality-minded Pickleball Concierge to be part of our team and help create an incredible experience for every player who walks through our doors.

As a Pickleball Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of the action — welcoming guests, helping players find their perfect game, keeping courts running smoothly, and bringing energy and excitement to our pickleball community. If you’re passionate about pickleball, thrive in a social environment, and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

Court Reservations

• Help guests book pickleball courts and navigate reservations with ease.
• Manage bookings, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Keep players informed about court availability, programming, and upcoming opportunities to play.

• Deliver Amazing Customer Service
• Be a friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic face of Crush Yard.
• Answer questions about pickleball, programming, memberships, events, and facility amenities.
• Make recommendations based on players’ skill levels and interests.
• Help create an environment where everyone — from first-timers to experienced players — feels comfortable and excited to play.

Bring Events to Life

• Assist with pickleball tournaments, leagues, social events, and other programming.
• Help coordinate check-in, court assignments, player flow, and event logistics.
• Be part of creating fun, memorable experiences for our players and guests.

Keep the Facility Game-Ready

• Monitor court conditions and communicate maintenance needs.
• Make sure paddles, balls, and other equipment are stocked, organized, and ready for play.
• Help keep the pickleball area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Welcome & Connect

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm.
• Give facility tours and introduce new players to the Crush Yard experience.
• Help build relationships within our growing pickleball community.

Check-In, Billing & Payments

• Assist guests with check-in and event registration.
• Process payments and membership transactions.
• Help ensure billing and reservations are handled accurately.

Go the Extra Mile

• Listen to guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Anticipate what players need before they have to ask.
• Help turn a good visit into a great one.

Be Part of the Team

• Work closely with the Crush Yard team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Jump in wherever needed and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for pickleball and a solid understanding of the sport, rules, and etiquette.
• An outgoing personality and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with players of all ages and skill levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
