Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role supports servers and bartenders by keeping service areas stocked, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and helping maintain a clean, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm for hospitality combined with excellent communication skills will help deliver memorable experiences to our guests while supporting the overall flow of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food items to guests efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces to uphold food safety standards
• Handle food handling duties with attention to safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
• Operate POS systems for order entry
• Support banquet events by setting up tables and assisting with catering needs
• Provide excellent guest services through friendly communication, phone etiquette, and guest relations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with restaurant operations such as bussing, food prep, or serving is a plus
• Experience with POS systems is beneficial
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel settings is beneficial
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies
