Crush Yard is a pickleball club/bar/restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Our goal is to be the best place to eat, drink, and enjoy pickleball in the world!

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing GoTab POS systems for processing transactions.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to dining standards.
• Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as needed, ensuring all events run smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Support bartending duties when necessary, including brewing beverages and mixing cocktails.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred; familiarity with fine dining is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles to enhance guest experiences.
• Experience with GoTab POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is advantageous.
• Ability to perform retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
• Knowledge of Pickleball is a plus
