Crush Yard is a fast-growing eatertainment concept redefining how people connect through food, drink, and play. As we scale across markets, we’re building the infrastructure, insights, and partnerships needed to drive smart, profitable growth.

This role will support our newest location in Brentwood, Tennessee, currently slated to open in April 2026.

Role Overview

As the AGM at Crush Yard, you will support oversight of daily operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership will be key in managing staff, maintaining service standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction in our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal service delivery.
  • Monitor food management practices to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or food service management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management within the industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food management practices and health regulations is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with staff and guests.
