Job Overview
Crush Yard is a new Pickleball and "EATERTAINMENT" Facility. We are a full service restaurant and sports bar, combined with pickleball, private events, arcade and family fun. Amazing Culture and fun sport environment.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively help guest by providing top notch customer service.

- Have fundamental bartending skills and be able to correctly build cocktails.

- Learn all aspects of Crush Yards offerings and be able to effectively communicate them.

- Learn GoTab POS system

- Properly open and close the bar by adhering to checklists.

- Work with others to bring a fun and positive experience while helping to create

memories.

- Handle high volume environments at appropriate speeds while maintaining correct

procedures.

- Be able to work a flexible schedule.

- Adhere to dress code and show up for scheduled shifts on time.

Skills

Previous bartending experience

Basic food and drink knowledge

Ability to work with a team

Side/Running duties

Food/Drink running

Cleanliness in accordance with Health Code

Personal cleanliness and grooming standards
